Service Manager
Job Description:
The Service Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operation and management of the Main Dining Room, Grill Room, Lounge & Pool food and beverage service areas, as well as help in banquet operations.
Responsibilities include:
· Manage a team of front of house staff including scheduling, training, and general supervision
· Oversee that all opening and closing duties of the outlets are completed correctly and that cleanliness and maintenance are maintained
· Work as a server role in either the Main Dining Room or Grill Room
· Responsible for the correct operation of POS systems
· Maintenance of par levels for front of house items
· Providing excellent customer service to members & guests and excellent leadership to employees
· Enforce and monitor all health, safety, and sanitation standards in their area
· Assist with banquet function management
· Handle complaints according to provided guidelines
· Work closely with the Executive Chef and Bar Manager/Events Coordinator to provide a seamless experience
· Responsible for quality assurance of products leaving their outlets
Job Qualifications:
· 3+ years restaurant server experience
· Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
· Knowledge of Microsoft applications including Word and Excel
· High standards of personal hygiene and personal appearances
· Ability to be on feet for several hours at a time
· Experience using POS systems
· Servsafe certified
· Must pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
· Must be available nights, weekends, and holidays
Position will work nights and some weekends
Compensation:
· $15 per hour plus additional pay from applicable service charges and gratuities to be paid weekly
Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts all days except Mondays.
Compensation is $15.
