As a Therapeutic Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating recreational activities for individuals with mental health disorders .

```Duties``` - Develop and implement recreational programs and activities for individuals with mental health disorders - Create a safe and inclusive environment for participants - Provide behavior management support during recreational activities - Collect data on participant progress and behavior - Intervene in crisis situations and provide appropriate support - Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations regarding patient confidentiality - Collaborate with a team of professionals to develop individualized plans for participants - Provide guidance and support to staff working with individuals with mental health disorders -Employee supervision includes hire recommendations; training; work planning, assignments, and review; and performance assessment, coaching, and progressive discipline.
