Outside Sales Representative
ServiceMaster by OneCall is looking for a dedicated Outside Sales Representative to work in the Golden Triangle area and surrounding counties.
This is a RELATIONAL SALES position.
Meet potential and existing clients, develop and manage a personal business relationship with each.
Community outreach and service are important aspects of this position.
Sales experience, customer service skills, and a passion to meet and develop personal relationships with customers will lead to success.
This position allows for a FLEXIBLE WORK SCHEDULE as
hosting and attending community events will be after normal business hours.

· OUTGOING EXTROVERT PERSONALITY is a key trait for success.
· Proficiency SOCIAL MARKETING SKILLS; Facebook/Instagram/Website Management
· Additional experience in marketing, B2B sales or service-oriented sales would be an attribute.
· Sales experience is a definite plus.
(This is not a normal sales position.
)
· Exceptional verbal, telephone, text and email communication skills are a must.
· Living in and knowledge of the GOLDEN TRIANGLE AREA people and community.
Position Responsibilities
· Create and manage social media, advertising and community activities that highlight the business and our services.
· Expand knowledge in Disaster Restoration, Commercial Services and Commercial Janitorial business segments.
· Meet or exceed assigned sales goals by following the company sales process and developing personal business relationships.
· Grow and develop customer base by finding ways to reach new customers as well as new ways to provide additional services to
existing customers.
· Establish and work a plan for covering the defined sales area.
· Work closely with ServiceMaster Ownership and Upper Management to improve/direct market strategy.
· Maintain professionalism and overall personal public conduct in a positive manner as per standards of our company.
