Job Summary: The Pre-Sell Representative will take inventory and sell products to all stops as directed, provide customers with timely orders and friendly service, and maintain a constant professional image.
Must service all accounts thoroughly.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
Lives and models BROWN VALUES in everything we do.
Build and maintain customer relationships with owners, managers, and points of contacts at each customer location.
Starts work between 5 and 6 AM and continues until the work is completed
Must be knowledgeable in the ordering process, product sales, account knowledge and BGC system programs
Uses strong interpersonal skills to influence others to support key BBG sales initiatives
Responsible for in-store merchandising
Responsible for store inventory management and product ordering
Execution of marketing programs
Ensuring product freshness by rotating product and attending to expired product
Ensuring coolers and drink equipment are clean and maintained.
Requesting service when needed.
Achieve maximum sales and deliver total service to all accounts in the assigned area
Communicate daily with the Sales Manager
Physical Demands:
Able to lift up to 30 lbs.
continuously and 60 lbs.
intermittently
Able to push/pull a cart weighing up to 260 pounds
Must be able to bend, stoop and climb on a frequent basis.
Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged periods of time.
Drive a company vehicle and enter and exit vehicle multiple times throughout the shift.
Work Environment:
Work in many different environments: outside, inside, break rooms, stores
Exposed to cold, hot, and rainy conditions
Qualifications
Qualifications:
Valid driver’s license and approved driving record.
2 years of sales or merchandising experience.
Ability to operate electronic devices for ordering and tracking
Strong communication skills and ability to interact with customers and managers.
Work Environment:
Tolerate working in cold temperatures as low as 35 degrees frequently
Work both indoors and outside
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 1 year experience in sales or merchandising
Must have a valid MS Drivers license with Clear MVR
