To succeed as one of our Sales Associates, you must be self-motivated and results-driven with a commitment to maintaining a positive and enthusiastic attitude under pressure and have a passion for learning about Metro By T-Mobile.
*Experience, Skills, Abilities:*
* Direct sales or relevant experience
* Bilingual (Spanish/English) fluency
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Strong work ethic, outgoing personality, and a positive attitude
* Basic computer proficiency
* Excellent verbal, multitasking, and interpersonal skills.
*Required Qualifications:*
* High School diploma or GED
* Openwork availability for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
* At least 18 years of age.
* Valid driver’s license.
* Bilingual (Spanish/English) fluency
