Delivery Driver/Account Manager

The Delivery Driver/Account Manager is responsible for contacting all customers whose Rental Agreements have expired and working with them in whatever way feasible to maintain the account.
The priority is to re-sell the Rental Agreement and educate the customer rather than simply calling to collect money.
Assist in deliveries and pick ups.
Job Functions include, but are not limited to: Ensure timely collection of all rental accounts and take actions needed by following all collection laws.
Lead source and place outbound warm/cold calls to current and new customers to achieve goals.
Utilize a consultative sales approach to understand customers’ needs and recommend the solutions to meet/exceed those needs.
Understand that good customer relations are the vital link in the rental business.
Accurately track and record customer communications and activity.
Assist in installing products and train customers how to use and take care of products.
Assist in repairing and refurbishing products.
May assist in deliveries and pick-ups when needed.
Report any on-the-job injuries and accidents to the Store Manager.
Other duties as assigned by the Store Manager.
Position routinely requires lifting, loading, and “dollying” merchandise 50-300 pounds.
Job Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old.
High school education or GED.
Must have good judgment as to when to ask for assistance in moving a big or heavy item.
