The Sales Floor Manager works with the Store Manager to manage a store where projects are completed on
time and under budget; The Sales Floor Manager is also responsible for creating an excellent shoppable
environment for our customers as well as a comfortable and supportive working environment for our Team
Members.
The Sales Floor Manager reports to the Store Manager.
Sales Floor Manager must be relocatable.
Responsibilities and Duties
· Maintain a clean and shoppable store
· Operates as a Manager on Duty; Maintains the company MOD Standards
· Works with Store Manager to recruit, interview and hire new team members that meets the customer service and company expectations of CCM.
· Responsible for coordinating and executing new hire training for new Team Members is executed timely according to company standards
· Schedule Team Members to complete stocking and projects on time, while remaining within their labor budget
· Creates a TEAM by coaching and managing Team Members to ensure the highest standards of work and behavior; works with Store Manager to ensure team members are accountable for company standards.
· Protect company assets including product, cash and labor budget
· Coordinate the stocking of product in a timely manner, well organized and properly signed
· Completing all company directives in the allotted time
· Coordinating all these responsibilities and duties to make or exceed sales goals and control spending
· Manage the store’s repair and maintenance, including facilities and IT equipment
· Communicates all Asset Protection issues to Asset Protection in accordance with company standards
· All other duties as assigned by the Store Manager
Requirements:
Requirements:
· High School diploma or equivalent required
· Higher education, including two and four-year degrees related to business management preferred, but not required
· Minimum of one years store management experience in a mid-size to large retail service-oriented business, or demonstration of skills and learning through an internal development program and selection process
· Possess the ability to effectively manage in a professional work environment
· The ability to exercise sound judgment
· Efficient planning, prioritization, and implementation of detailed instructions
· The ability to learn and communicate new information and processes to all associates within company standards
· Comprehension of selling and service skills
· Outstanding interpersonal and listening skills
· Move objects up to and exceeding 200 pounds with reasonable accommodation.
Ability to lift objects weighing up to 50 pounds
WORKING CONDITIONS:
· Must be willing to work irregular or non-core business hours, nights, weekends as needed to have store coverage
· Must be relocatable
