As a Ford Sales Consultant, you will be a pivotal member of our automotive dealership's sales team.
Your role will involve engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and showcasing the features and benefits of Ford vehicles.
You'll be responsible for creating an exceptional buying experience for our clients, guiding them through the vehicle selection process, and ultimately contributing to achieving our sales targets.

Customer Engagement and Relationship Building:*
* Greet and welcome customers as they arrive at the dealership.
* Establish rapport and build customer trust by actively listening to their preferences and requirements.
* Provide a personalized experience by tailoring vehicle recommendations to match customers' lifestyles and needs.
* Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits.

Product Knowledge and Demonstration:*
* Develop a deep understanding of Ford vehicles, including their features, specifications, performance, and technology.
* Conduct comprehensive vehicle walkarounds, highlighting key features and benefits to customers.
* Explain vehicle pricing, financing options, and special promotions clearly and professionally.

Sales Process Management:*
* Guide customers through the entire sales process, from initial contact to vehicle delivery.
* Conduct test drives, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for customers.
* Present pricing and trade-in values to close sales effectively.
* Complete necessary paperwork accurately and efficiently.

Customer Follow-Up:*
* Maintain ongoing communication with potential and existing customers to foster relationships and provide updates.
* Follow up after vehicle deliveries to ensure customer satisfaction and address any post-purchase inquiries.

Sales Targets and Performance:*
* Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance goals the dealership sets.
* Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and contribute to the group's overall success.
*Qualifications and Requirements:*
* Proven experience in automotive sales or a related field is preferred.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* A customer-focused solid approach with a genuine interest in helping customers find the right vehicle.
* Enthusiasm for vehicles, particularly the Ford brand.
* Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and work effectively in a team.
* Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
* Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
