We have been in the eyecare industry over 20 years, located in Birmingham, AL.
Inside Rep will contact all our physician offices - we have an *established *customer base.
The successful Practice Advocate will:
-Call each of the physician offices with their designated territories, with an expectation of *60 to 80 calls per day*
- Close additional purchases of products and services
- Process incoming sales orders
- Enter new customer information into database as needed
- Address Practice issues or concerns
- Optimize sales opportunities by listening and learning about physician practice and upsell and cross-sell
- Act as support for Territory Sales Reps in the field in coordination of territory practices
- Work with various departments to fulfill orders, sample requests, account changes
- Use CRM to track calls and sales
Salary plus commission
